New Zealand Historic Places Trust in 2013 shook off its previous name adapting a new one as Heritage New Zealand. With the new name came a new look, and they approached allfields to update and format their document templates bringing them at par with the organisation’s refreshed look.
Heritage New Zealand needed a company to work with to align branding guidelines to their document templates, and to standardise the styles and formatting to ensure consistency of the brand across correspondence and report documents.
What we did
- Review of the design, formatting and styles of the document templates.
- Engaged with the communications and brand advisers on ensuring the new layout and design meets the organisation’s expectations and standards.
- Standardised their template text and formatting styles.
- Reformatted their existing templates to the approved new design.
allfields refreshed and updated Heritage New Zealand’s templates after consulting and testing with the brand adviser. The organisation now boasts templates with their new name, logo, and a standardised set of styles and formatting allowing full consistency on documents they generate.
